AutomateX AI SMC Pvt Ltd builds products that differ in how (and whether) they handle user data. Rather than a single policy covering every product with conditional clauses, each AutomateX app has its own privacy policy that matches its Play Store / app store Data Safety declarations exactly.

General principles
Across all AutomateX products we follow these defaults, regardless of the per-app specifics below:
- No data is collected unless we say so — every app's own privacy page lists exactly what is collected and for what purpose. The default for client apps is nothing.
- We don't sell personal data to third parties. Ever. Not part of our business model.
- We don't use third-party advertising SDKs inside our apps (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, Meta SDK, etc. are explicitly excluded unless an app's policy says otherwise).
- Marketing analytics on our websites only. Our company website (
automatex-ai.com) uses Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag) — this is for ad attribution on our website, not inside our apps. - Encryption at rest by default for any app that handles personal user content (vaults, scans, etc.). Specific algorithms are listed in each app's policy.

Changes
